Blogs are cool!

Didactic has a new one you should check out !  They are one of my favorite small companies. You can read about Dana Edwards one of the founding members of the company in a recent post.

I think blogs are a great way for smaller companies to make a bond with their fans and friends. It is surprising more companies do not have them. Rorschach has a great one. They use it to detail the process of getting a show from the script to the stage. Signature, Arena and Metro Stage have blogs but they havn’t yet figured out how to really use them to their advantage.

Of course DCTR is a blog… we use software called Word Press to bring this thing to you daily. I am going to make a standing offer to any DC Theatre Company… Want to talk about a blog for your troupe? Give me a buzz (a digital buzz)
