 ACCIDENTAL CELLIST:

Schmoozing With Amy Ziff

by Joel Markowitz

We heard Amy Ziff’s gorgeous harmonies in Betty Rules at Theater J and now she is back in Washington performing her newest one-woman show Accident, produced by Theater J at Studio Theatre’s Stage 4.

I schmoozed with Amy about her Accidental journey , her band Betty, her first solo show, and her work with Lily Tomlin.

The multi-talented Amy Ziff played her cello piece from the show and had me in stitches doing some of her many voice over characters.

The track you will hear is from Betty’s ‘It Girl’. Visit Betty for more songs and stories.

Accident runs through September 23rd at Stage 4 at Studio Theatre 1501 14th Street, NW, in Washington, DC. Purchase tickets here or call 1-800-494-TIXS.
