Puerto Rican Company Replaces Dominican Troupe

The program for the concluding weekend of Teatro de la Luna’s 6 week International Hispanic Theatre Festival will feature  Mujer en Rojo Vivo (Woman on Fire) by Puerto Rico’s  Raul Mendez, Inc. Productions, and starring well-known Dominican actress Xiomara Rodríguez. The originally scheduled Las Calles de Nunca Olvidar (The Streets One Can’t Forget) by Dominican Republic troupe La Manzana Envenenada cannot be presented “due to unforeseen difficulties”, Teatro de la Luna announced.

The International Hispanic Festival is at Gunston Arts Center – Theater 2, 2700 S. Lang Street, Arlington, VA. Tickets: $30, $25 seniors and students.
