Joel - I am really glad you liked the show. I am having sooo much fun with the cast and crew. We love to play cards, they teach me to dance and my friend Mikey gave me an African board game he made by hand. Thank you for coming to see the Full Monty.

Hi Joel,

Thank you so much for the article and seeing the Full Monty. I have seen the show 4 times and it keeps getting funnier. My kids are fortunate to have such incredible support from the theatre community. They meet very talented people and have made many friends. I must thank Lilia Slavova for introducing my children to the DC theatre scene and giving them such wonderful instruction and encouragement. She is an extraordinary person.

Ian is at his happiest when with everyone backstage at the Full Monty. They are a very close group and are wonderful role models to him. Thanks again for your article.

Hi Joel,

Thanks for joining us at the 'pivotal' performance of "One Red Flower". It was very gratifying to see the hard work of the cast, the orchestra, and the creative team validated by the positive feedback from Mr. Barclay and Edelman, and the veterans.

As you know, the evening continued beyond the 'talk-balk' session with a great deal of discussion across several generations of Americans, and of many subjects; the Vietnam war, the Iraqi war, Agent Orange, the Veterans Administration, and so forth.

We are looking forward to our final performances this weekend, and the chance to welcome Ms. Wimbish. Hope to see many of your readers there!

thanks so much for writing this! and Ian was the first one in our cast to be off-book at rehearsals. we all looked at each other and kept saying, " this kid is only 9!!??" He's a really good boy, with lovely parents who do keep him grounded, and a lot of fun to play cards with backstage! Thanks Joel.
