Saw this last night. If you are like the majority of theatergoers who come ready and ANXIOUS to laugh because it's your Big Night Out At The Theater, then yes, you will laugh.

Neither I nor my date laughed more than a couple times. Disappointing, to the say the least.

This is getting good reviews because it's a play ABOUT the theater. Critics LOVE that. It's funny how writers who can't think of anything else to write about will write about the process of writing. Yawn.

I saw the show on Sunday afternoon and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was very 'now.' The dialogue was quick and witty - all of the actors did a great job. I got a kick out of small spiral notebook the 'pot smoking dude' wore around his neck - he used it to jot down his 'thoughts' - how practical.
