Finally someone validates me! An amateur Fringe goer here underwhelmed by The Sin Show. It could be because everybody, including the reviewers ( Washington Post, City Paper ) have had such good things to say about the show that they ended up raising expectations. The show is a sea of mediocrity with a few brilliant islands thrown in. I agree with you about the closing performance of Envy. In addition to a great performance it was a tightly written piece. I do think though that Lust should get top billing too. His delivery and comedy can't be ignored either. But then maybe we didn't see the show the same night. I also liked Pride's and Sloth's stories and their thematic deliveries and bearings. I have a vague feeling that you have some names and sins mixed up.
