Oh What A Night! I may, at my age, never see another theater show again. But last night I died and went to heaven. How do I know. Well, all of the sudden I was dancing in the aisle like I was 16 again, and my walker (WHICH I CAN'T WALK WITHOUT!) didn't even miss me. Thank you FAB FOUR,2009. You brought an ole teeny bopper back to life, if only for a moment in time. Love You

I saw Jersey Boys with the Ushers on Tuesday, Oct. 20. What an amazing performance! The seats in the mezzanine were great. I agree with the review that the plot was a bit thin in parts, but the great singing, choreography, costumes and sets more than made up for it. Everyone seemed to leave the show singing and happy; I know I did.

I was with the Ushers Group last evening who saw a fantastic Jersey Boys show. Fast paced and not a lull the entire performance. The first act, one hour and 15 minutes went by so fast, I could not believe it was over. When there was applause, in most cases it was accompanied by a roar from the crowd. The seats the Ushers Group had in the mezzanine were outstanding...I would not have wanted a seat in the orchestra.

Saw the show last night and agree it was well done. Does anyone know what the list of songs titled "The ones that got away" (or something) in the program means? Did the 4 Seasons perform them but they're not in the show? Or did the 4 Seasons turn down the opportunity to perform them and another artist had a big hit?

I thoroughly enjoyed the show. The music was great. The voices were good. I didn't quite get why it was started with a very modern version of the first song with people in 21C garb, etc. I was worried the entire show would be like that. Of course, it wasn't, but I still don't ge why they needed that. In my opinion , they didn't. I also thought the girls as background singers were superfluous. They could have done without them. ANd, as a yenta, I would have like to know a little about his other two girls and his new family.
Sounds like I am picking the show apart, but, overall, it was great!

I just saw Jersey Boys for the 3rd time. The first time was in NYC when it was still in previews....I knew then something special was happening on stage....then I saw it again months later in NYC and loved it just as much. Now I've seen the travelling Jersey Boys at Washington's National Theatre and I'm NOT embarrassed to say I loved this version every bit as much as I enjoyed the NYC versions. This is a must see production - get a ticket if you can.

My husband and I celebrated our 8th anniversary on Oct.6th and got tickets to "Jerse Boys". We loved this production. Neither of us were big Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons fans but we were captured from the very beginning. The acting was superb and the production and design so well described in this review, were just as we experienced it. If you are looking for a really fun evening of fabulous entertainment, see this show!

What a great review! Those of us who have seen the touring cast(s) numerous times already know how terrific they are. I am so please to see Steve Gouveia's Nick getting more attention. His moments are some of my faves also. Congrats to all for another smash engagement and I look forward to catching up with them again soon.
