Thank YOU for making the Washington theatre world such a vibrant and interesting place. It has been OUR pleasure to watch YOU work, and occasionally to sit down and have a conversation with you (or even share a meal!). Thank you for finding places for us to appear on your site!
Thank You for supporting Washington area theatre, and
Happy holidays!

Lorraine, all I can say to you in this season of good tidings of Great Joy is a literal as well as figurative chorus of hallelujahs! Yu have personally welcomed me into your ranks of those people who seek to become critically better informed about offerings on stage in the DC Metro Area, you have even offered me, a perfect (well, actually Lorraine,as you perfectly well know, not all that "perfect") stranger, your friendship, as when we went out for drinks after seeing Jane Krakowski in concert. You exemplify the open door of this site to someone like me who had hitherto always feared (as well as envied) the seemingly closed world of the theatre community. So, from my heart to yours, thank you, with of course a special shout-out to my new best friend - literally - in theatre, Joe Markowitz, who with humor and a dash of real sincerity (and if you can fake that, Joel baby, you can fake anything), that wonderful human being (who knew?) and genuine mensch beneath all of his bustle and hustle, Joel, thank you also!

I am so thankful and lucky to happen with a fantastic review for my show-Snow Queen. The day if the opening was incredible. The audience was just perfect for it.And just a little anecdot-as we all were thinking-Snow storm-no show.we had everybody by 12;15pm when Petko Kolev our debut ant and life musician got a phone call that his wife and 2 kids ages 9 and 7 got into a car accident on the way to the theater. For Kolev to perform, sing and be finny was a heroic act that was the best lesson for the young members of the cast. The show must go on....
