I am a director… just completed productions of BEYOND THERAPY at the Ridgefield Theatre and JALE’s WOMEMN at New Canaan (both in CT)..I am directing DRIVING MISS DAISY at the Curtain Call in Stamford Ct and then I’m off to the Parish Players in Vermont with ENCHANTED APRIL.
I AM SEEKING MORE COMMUNITY AND REGIONAL THEATRES where I can offer my innovative and exciting theatrical presentations. If you are in the market for a retired but still enthusiastic director…please write to me.

Well Lorraine… Everything I wanted for DCTS has become true. I had big dreams for the site, the community. Most all of the ones for the site have become reality. For the community.. I wish somehow theatre was so much more a part of the lives of the under 30 crowd. We can dream right? But you know… I think you and Joel could even make that happen!
Texas is not DC.. I miss all of that theatre.. Who knows, maybe a future return to the lights, the drama, the musicals.. no not New York, my hood will always be DC

Just to thank Lorraine and everyone involved in this magnificent, impressive Web site, for all they do. I’m particularly grateful that it was launched without thought of personal gain–just a desire to serve the theatrical-loving community.
Ironically, one of the weaknesses of the site is in the difficulty in posting comments. I’ve tried several times and get error messages. Will keep trying.
