New video: Kathleen Turner on playing Mother Courage

” … irresistible” is how Kathleen Turner describes the invitation to return to Arena Stage (she was last here in Red Hot Patriot: The Kick-Ass Wit of Molly Ivins) to play the role of Mother Courage, directed by Molly Smith. The video interview by Arena Stage gives you a look inside the rehearsal of Mother Courage and Her Children.

Mother Courage and Her Children by Bertolt Brecht will be staged in the round at Arena Stage at the Mead Center for American Theater. Performances begin January 31st. Details and tickets.
