Jane Horwitz has been covering Washington theatre since 1985. She wrote “Backstage” for the Washington Post for 14 years, and has been a regular panelist on WETA’s “Around Town” since 1988. Her column "The Family Filmgoer" is syndicated by The Washington Post Writers Group to newspapers around the country. Horwitz has also produced and hosted two pilot film review programs. One of them, “Chicks on Flicks” aired on WHMM TV and featured a panel of female critics.
