The 2008 Capital Fringe Festival – unjuried, risk-taking independent performing arts. Join us July 10-27, 2008 to celebrate the performing arts in the nation’s capital.

NEW THIS YEAR!! THE FRINGE BUTTON! Buttons are REQUIRED for entrance into all Fringe Venues. One button per person, one time purchase. Proceeds from the sale of the will be shared equally will all Fringe run venue participants. Support the artists and BUTTON UP!

The Fringe features more than 600 individual performances involving over 200 companies in 30 venues, located all around the District. The mission of Capital Fringe, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, is to connect exploratory artists with adventurous audiences by creating outlets and spaces for creative, cutting-edge, and contemporary performance in the District of Columbia.
