While normally when a newspaper reviews a Washington production, we just quietly list it in Their Reviews, we thought this one deserved extra attention.
Associated Press writer Matthew Barakat has reviewed Washington Shakespeare’s Macbeth ‘MacDuff in the buff: Nude Shakespeare sells despite critics’. in which we learn that the show that has earned an extended run through this weekend at the Clark Street Playhouse has drawn some of the largest audiences in WSC’s history. Way to go, DC!
