I saw 72 productions on this list. Shows I wanted to see but didn’t get to — Basra Boy; Black Nativity; Blues for an Alabama Sky; Farragut North; Tennessee Continuum. I particularly enjoyed Amadeus, Art, Carpetbagger’s Children, Circle Mirror Transformation, Cripple of Inishmaan, Oklahoma!, Penelope, Pop!, Ruined, Talented Mr. Ripley, Venus in Fur, and Wrinkle in Time.
Hello! Thank you for all you do to support the performing arts. I have to say thank you for listing The Tennessee Continuum at Washington Shakespeare Company. The script of Gnadiges Fraulein was brilliantly realized by director Jay W. Hardee with truly magnificent performances by the two leads Emily Webbe and Mundy Spears. Even though the Post said it was the best comedy in town, too few people saw this show. Keep up the good work!
