Synetic Theater’s five show season was just added to our developing look at the upcoming season 2015-2016, Season at a Glance.
Synetic begins its season with their entry in the Women’s Voices Theatre Festival, a new conception of Lewis Carroll’s Alice in Wonderland, adapted by none other than Lloyd Rose, screenwriter, playwright and former theatre critic for the Washington Post.As You Like It will be the latest play by the Bard to get Synetic’s silent treatment. They promise a boisterous comedy, opening in December. Synetic Theater’s innovative productions of Romeo and Juliet and Twelfth Night will get reprised in the season (openings, February and July), while in May, the company introduces its new production of The Man in the Iron Mask, the swashbuckling followup to The Three Musketeers.
