The hottest ticket in town right now is Tina Fey’s bound-for-Broadway musical Mean Girls, at the National only through December 3. According to the National’s online box office today, fans have already scooped up the majority of tickets with fewer than 30 seats remaining for many performances.

NATIONAL THEATRE TICKET LOTTERY
The National Theatre has announced it has reserved 20 seats for each performance of Mean Girls, which they are releasing in their ticket lottery program for just $25. (Two tickets per Lottery winner) Here’s how it works:
Go to the National Theatre box office (1321 Pennsylvania Ave NW) two hours before show time, and submit your name for the drawing, which will be held 90 minutes before the start of the show. You must be present, with cash to pay for the tickets, to redeem the offer.
The National will continue their Lottery program for the three other musicals in their “Broadway at the National” series: Les Misérables (December 20, 2017-January 7, 2018), Something Rotten! (February 6-18, 2018) and Waitress (May 15-June 3, 2018).
