Soldier Poet

In the falling city of Aleppo, two American Army Rangers rescue an injured Syrian woman about to give birth. At a nearby hospital, a neonatal nurse with an unwavering sense of duty struggles to save the lives of infants as her hospital is bombed.

Soldier Poet will remind audiences of the importance of compassion and hospitality for everyone — especially families and infants — trying to escape violence and create a better life. This is a critical production given rising anti-refugee sentiment in the United States.

Featuring: Fatima Razi, Keanu Ross-Cabrera, Dina Soltan, and Nora Spellane
