Happy Hour

Take control of a real human being and guide your flesh-and-blood avatar out of harm’s way as an evil mastermind closes in. Somewhere between computer game, theater performance and participatory installation, Happy Hour draws you into the fold as you and a trapped survivor race against the clock and fight to stay alive. This live video game performance offers a techno twist on the classic escape room challenge format, putting you at the helm for a nail-biting live action experience. The talented media and theater artists of Machina Ex bring this innovative interactive show to Spooky Action Theater in D.C.
